We sit down with you and your teams to deeply listen to your business challenges—where you are now, and where you want to get to.

CONFIGURATION

Making sure that CX-EX is gathering the right data

This is where our tech team ensures that the data is being collected and presented in an easy-to-understand dashboard format.

Outcome: CX-EX is up and running, and presenting data in a way you can easily see and understand.

ANALYSIS

Drawing insights from the data

Now we go to work, working shoulder to shoulder with you to figure out what the data is telling us, and how these insights can be applied to your strategic goals.

Outcome: Clearly expressed and data-driven insights

TRAINING

Fixing the problems revealed by the data

Now we fix the problems we've identified! This can involve on-line learning modules (e.g. techniques for handling difficult conversations) or more in-depth in-person programmes for supervisors (coaching and leadership).​

Outcome: Design and delivery of a comprehensive blended learning programme.

FOLLOW-UP

What's working? What can be adjusted for even greater success?

Data analytics can never be a case of a "set and forget." On-going analysis and observation and measurement is required to see what's working, what isn't—and how to make continual improvements.
